Gavin Prince
Club Chair/Coach
I’ve been coaching for 15 years. Within this time I have gained a wealth of coaching experience, coaching children of all abilities and ages.
I’ve taken great joy and a real sense of pride in helping hundreds of children learn, develop and enjoy playing football, 30 of those young footballers reached their potential and have sign contracts with Professional Football Academies, which includes 22 signed at Leyton Orient.
Daniel Happe is one of them who is now playing for the first team.
My Football Philosophy is to make kids be comfortable on the ball with freedom, without fear and be allowed to make mistakes without their coach/parent shouting at them. Guided discovery allows kids to learn from their own mistakes.
Most importantly have fun.

Ruel Gibson
Club Treasurer / Coach
I’ve been coaching for 17 years. Within this time I have gained a wealth of coaching experience, coaching children of all abilities and ages.
I’ve taken great joy and a real sense of pride in helping hundreds of children learn, develop and enjoy playing football, 15 of those young footballers reached their potential and have sign contracts with Professional Football Academies.
My Football Philosophy is have fun doing the sport you love. “Winning and losing is a part of life within sport, but taking part and enjoying the moment is far more vital for a child’s football development”
I coach my players to be technically comfortable on the ball, relaxed under pressure and always thinking on the front foot. “To be in possession makes you the team in attack’ so why give it away?

Andy Asque
Club Secretary / Welfare Officer
I have been involved in Coaching in grassroots football for 20 years, working with varied abilities and ages. I have worked in the Middlesex, London and Essex areas with various clubs and local authorities as both a Coach and Mentor.
My Coaching ideal is to help produce players who are comfortable and confident with the football and are able to enjoy every training session they take part in. Its key that we create the correct environment for all involved to have a positive experience where RESPECT is free for all.
I also feel its important to help others to get into football, either to play, coach or referee or in any other role they may wish to do.
