A message from the coach:
"The U12s have developed a great camaraderie over the past few years, and this allows them to play free-flowing football. As a coach, I have developed a philosophy of allowing the boys to make their own choices and learn from them. I am a facilitator of their footballing development and this has meant they play football around the whole pitch. Now playing in a competitive league, they are developing playing under pressure.
